1/2" Tie Rod Assembly with Turnbuckle
A 1/2" tie rod assembly with turnbuckle includes two #2 clevises, two 1/2" clevis pins, one 6" turnbuckle, and two custom-length 1/2" rods that all thread together into one strong assembly. 1/2" tie rods are primarily used for decorative purposes though they may be sufficient for awnings.
These assemblies are designed to be used with our tie rod brackets. For a complete tie rod solution you will need two of any style of our brackets to match the tie rod assembly you create here.

All of our plates and connectors are cut from A36 steel. Our rods are fabricated from 1018 steel. If you need plates, connectors, or rods from custom metals like A572, 304/316 stainless, or other alloys, please contact us for a custom quote.
