In 2019 Timberplates was contacted to fabricate a set of galvanized steel components for the Copperspring Amenity Center in New Port Richey, Florida. With hundreds of shop-hours over four weeks of development, it was a large project, but one we were confident we could handle.

Ready for Galvanizing
14,000 lbs of Steel
Timberplates coordinated everything with the galvanizer. We attached custom-made steel tags that could survive the galvanizing process to help the contractor identify each component.
In all, the project required more than 14,000 lbs of 1/4" and 1/2" steel, 13,000 holes, 65 yards of welds, and over 1000 individual plate components. We are proud to say there was not a single fitment issue on the project.
