Custom Angle Bracket
Our custom heavy-duty angle brackets are made from 1/4" A36 plate and are used to connect beams and columns at right angles. No guesswork, no quotes, no haggling, and no gimmicks - design your part right in your browser and instantly know the price. Holes are spaced 1" from the end of each plate at 4x fastener diameter to a minimum of 4x fastener diameter from the corner. Plates narrower than 7" have a single row of holes down the middle, while plates 7" or wider have dual rows of holes inset at thirds.

Made to your timbers, not to stock sizes
- Your timbers' real size
- Stock angles come in a few fixed sizes. This one is made to the size your timbers need, rough-sawn or dressed. Legs 4" to 12" long and 3" to 10" wide, square or clipped corners.
- Your fasteners
- Holes are made 1/16" over the bolt you choose, 1/4" to 3/4", where stock connectors are punched for one size. Bolts aren't included.
- Plate steel, bent
- 1/4" A36 plate (0.25"), where stock heavy angles are mostly 7 gauge (0.179"). Laser cut and bent from one blank to order in our ISO 9001 shop in Texas.
- The price as you design it
- No quote to wait for: the price follows your design, and shipping is included in the lower 48.
- Your finish
- Bare steel to finish as you like, or matte black powder coat, added in the cart.
- Load ratings
- Stock connectors from the large makers publish tested load ratings. Ours have none published yet: if your project needs rated capacities, have an engineer check your design.
